Yes. The X1 Pro requires shielding gas before laser emission is enabled.No matter which mode you’re using — welding, cutting, or cleaning — the machine must be connected to a gas source to operate safely and correctly.
What voltage does the X1 Pro support?
The X1 Pro is compatible with 105–240V wide voltage input.For safe operation, we recommend using a 32A air switch (circuit breaker) connected in series with the ground line to ensure stable and secure performance.
What types of shielding gas can I use?
The X1 Pro supports multiple gases, including Argon (Ar), Nitrogen (N₂), and Carbon Dioxide (CO₂).An air separator can also be used as an alternative for general applications.
