Xlaserlab guarantees that all products, within 1 year from the date of purchase, under normal usage conditions, will be eligible for free warranty service if faults occur due to transportation or product issues.
During the warranty period, Xlaserlab reserves the right to choose whether to assist with repair or replacement of the relevant products or components.
For products with special issues occurring within the warranty period, Xlaserlab will provide free repair or replacement. However, if other issues arise under normal usage conditions, Xlaserlab reserves the right to charge the related fees.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
If any malfunction occurs during product use, please promptly contact Xlaserlab technical personnel for troubleshooting.
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately to ensure it is intact. If any abnormality is found, contact both the carrier and Xlaserlab immediately.
Xlaserlab continuously develops new products, and information in the manual may be updated without prior notice.
If issues occur during product acceptance or use, please contact Xlaserlab customer service immediately at support@xlaserlab.com.
If a return is confirmed, please use the original packaging to properly repack the product, paying special attention to the protection of the output fiber cable and core components.
After sending the product to the designated address, Xlaserlab will conduct inspection, repair, or replacement, and return it to the customer upon completion.
