You won't need to pay any customs duties out of pocket. If you're unexpectedly charged any tariff fees by your local customs office, simply reach out to us at support@xlaserlab.com — we'll assist you right away or arrange reimbursement.

 

 

 

GST/VAT/HST and other fees

We collect GST based on the regulations of your shipping destination.
You can find the GST details clearly listed in your order summary. Once your purchase is completed, there’s no need for you to pay GST again to customs or local authorities.

If you're unexpectedly asked to pay GST by customs or any local agency, please contact us at support@xlaserlab.com — we’ll be happy to assist or reimburse you.

Order Tracking

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days to confirm your order details.

 

Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with your order number, courier info, and tracking number.

 

Any updates related to order modifications, refund processing, or shipping changes will also be sent to you via email in real time.

 

Note:

  • Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change it, email us at support@xlaserlab.com within 48 hours. Otherwise, we will ship according to the original order information.
  • If your product is damaged during shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at support@xlaserlab.com as soon as you receive the package. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
  • Notification emails will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout or registered with. If the address is invalid or inactive, we are not responsible for any issues this may cause.
  • If you change your mind, please do not refuse the delivery. Instead, contact us at support@xlaserlab.com so we can assist with the return based on our refund policy. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by rejected packages.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days based on the official courier tracking. After that, we may not be able to assist.
  • If there is any damage or missing items in your order, please reach out to us on the day of delivery with relevant photos or videos.
