1.0 Policy Overview
1.1 Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item. We will be happy to assist you, provided your request meets the conditions outlined below.
1.2 Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty outlines the specific rights and remedies provided by Xlaserlab regarding product quality and workmanship. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude or limit, your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
To the extent that any term of this warranty is inconsistent with mandatory local law, that term shall be modified or severed to comply with the law.
2.0 Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 How to Initiate a Request
Depending on your order status, please contact us as follows:

2.2 Return Policy (30-Day Period)
2.2.1 Eligibility
- Products purchased from the Xlaserlab Official Online Store.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after product receipt.
2.2.2 Costs - For X1 & X1 Pro Models
- Once the machine has undergone laser welding, cleaning, or cutting operations, returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted except for verified quality defects.
- Unacceptable scenarios include: inability to use the machine to weld/clean/cut your own materials, subjective dissatisfaction with the machine's color or appearance, or operational habit incompatibility.
- A service fee (which includes the return shipping cost) will apply for returns without quality issues. The fee is based on the date the return request is submitted.
- Please contact customer service to confirm the exact service fee and obtain a return shipping label.

The service fee percentage is calculated on the total order price, including tax and initial shipping costs.
All products, packages, and materials must be returned intact and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
If the product is damaged or an incorrect item is shipped due to our error, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. We will provide a free return or replacement service.
2.2.3 Return Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos/videos.
- We will respond within 3 business days and provide a return shipping label.
- Attach the label to your package, ship it back to our warehouse, and provide the tracking number to us.
- After the warehouse receives the package, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Important: The tracking number must be provided promptly. Failure to do so may prevent our warehouse from locating the shipment, which could delay the refund process.
2.3 Exchange Policy (60-Day Period)
2.3.1 Eligibility
- Products purchased from the Xlaserlab Official Online Store.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after product receipt.
- Important Distinction: This 60-day exchange policy applies only to substantial hardware failures that severely impact core functionality (e.g., mainboard failure, laser module failure upon arrival). For other performance issues, our standard warranty repair process will apply.
The final determination of an exchange-eligible issue rests with Xlaserlab.
2.3.2 Costs - For X1 & X1 Pro Models
- If an exchange is approved under this 60-day policy, Xlaserlab will provide the replacement unit and bear the associated shipping costs free of charge.
- Standard warranty repairs may have different shipping cost responsibilities; please see the Limited Warranty section for details.

2.4 General Exclusions (For Returns & Exchanges)
The following are not covered under our Return & Exchange policies:
- Products received more than 30 days (for return) or 60 days (for exchange) ago.
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels.
- Products returned without all original accessories, attachments, or packaging.
- Products that pass our functional testing with no defects found.
- Damage or failure caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized third-party parts/software.
- Damage from uncontrollable external events (e.g., fire, flood).
2.5 Disclaimers
- Returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Xlaserlab.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
- Please contact our customer service for the specific return address and instructions. Drop-off returns are not accepted.
- You are responsible for deleting all personal data from the product before return. Xlaserlab is not liable for any data breach resulting from your failure to do so.
3.0 Limited Warranty
3.1 Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your province or territory. The terms below shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.2 How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your product fails to operate properly during the warranty period, please contact our after-sales service at aftersale@xlaserlab.com with your valid proof of purchase.
Xlaserlab will attempt remote diagnosis. If onsite repair is not available, you may be required to send the product to our service center.
For verified defects, Xlaserlab will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge for parts and labor.
3.3 What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Products outside the warranty period.
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, or accessories.
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use not in accordance with official instructions.
- Damage caused by use of non-authorized third-party components or software.
- Products that cannot be verified with a valid proof of purchase.
3.4 Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product to Xlaserlab's designated service center for warranty repair.
- Xlaserlab Responsibility: Xlaserlab will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
- Non-Warranty Repairs: If the issue is not covered by this warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XLASERLAB BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
THE LAWS OF SOME PROVINCES OR TERRITORIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
